43documented alarms
Full list of alarms for this control, grouped by machine area. Open any of them to see likely causes, safe checks and when to call maintenance.
Haas alarms: number, history and control generation
On a Haas machine, record the alarm number and message, and check whether it is active or only in the history. These pages distinguish air, battery, axis, spindle and tool-change problems. The order of events helps separate the initial fault from subsequent alarms.
Classic Haas and NGC01
Identify Classic Haas Control or Next Generation Control. Battery hardware, screens and recovery procedures can differ. Do not use a battery replacement or tool-changer recovery instruction without confirming the generation and model.
Air and battery need different checks02
Alarm 120 concerns low air pressure or flow: note what happens while the machine consumes air. For a battery warning such as catalogue entry 124, protect data backups and locate the procedure for the installed processor.
Preparing a Haas support request03
Provide the full message, model, generation and operation in progress. Add alarm history and recent changes. The Haas documentation linked below helps continue checks using the requirements and components of that specific machine.
Official documentation
Choose the manual matching your control series, software version and machine builder. A support portal is a starting point; it does not establish applicability to every model.
